Shipping to remote islands will be charged separately, but the shipping fee varies depending on the remote island. We will contact you if this additional charge applies. 250 euros (plus. VAT) and above, no shipping charges will be charged unless the above exceptions apply to you.
Delivery
After your order has been placed, we will immediately get started. You will then receive confirmation of your order within a few minutes. We do our best to have your order delivered to you within 2 working days.
Shipping method
Our products are neatly shipped to you in a box with a parcel delivery service. We do not charge extra costs for this, delivery costs are included in the price of the products.
Return period

The return period only starts when everything has been delivered.
What you can return
Within the return period, you may reasonably try out your ordered item to know whether it works properly and whether you are happy with it. Just like your clothes fit in a store, you can test an item that you order through a website to see if you like it and if it meets your requirements. Furthermore, you can return the item free of charge. You may not use the item in full if you do not yet know whether you will keep it.
