Return Policy
We do our level best to make our customers 100% satisfied with our products of clothing for the disabled. Sometimes you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you accidentally ordered the wrong size of a product. You can only return the products under certain conditions. This applies to products that you have ordered for viewing or sizing. You may try on the products, but you may not wear them or wash them. If you want to return a product, first give the reason for the return. Send us an e-mail on [email protected]. Don’t forget to mention your order. Comfort & Care Apparel will then give you a return label. With this return label, you can send the product back to us for free.Products can’t be returned if:
- If the purchase is older than 3 weeks.
- If the products have been worn or washed.
- If we have received a return without order number.
