When do we process your personal data?

2. To execute an agreement and to make arrangements with you.
If you purchase products and/or services from us, you naturally want to be well helped and receive what you have asked for. We store the following data for the execution of an agreement:

Transfer to partners
We work together with various suppliers and partners to provide our services.
These suppliers and partners include parties that:
- Handle our payments and collections
- Take care of our web hosting
- Do our accounting
- Ship our products
We have concluded processing agreements and/or confidentiality statements with sub-processors to guarantee the security of your data. We only work with partners who can comply with the GDPR legislation.
Some of our partners are located outside the European Economic Area (the countries within the European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland). Your data can be processed in America and/or other countries where these companies have their cloud storage and servers and/or backups. We have taken appropriate measures with these partners, which have been contractually agreed via a processing agreement / Data Processing Addendum and these parties are required to be EU-US Privacy Shield certified. The stricter GDPR (the GDPR) is often already signed and in effect by most of them. In this way we ensure that your data is well protected.
Transfer to third parties
In principle, we do not share or sell your data with persons or organizations outside Comfort and Care Apparel B.V., except with partners as described above. We may also be obliged to pass on your data on the basis of a legal obligation.
The security of your data
Comfort and Care Apparel B.V. has taken appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against misuse, unlawful or unauthorized use or loss.
All parties that process your data for us (sub-processors) or can view it (e.g. employees or hired workers) sign a processing agreement or confidentiality statement.
How long your data is stored
We use different retention periods for different data flows. Of course you always have the right to request that we delete your data.
E-mail:
Emails are kept for at least 1 year. E-mail older than 5 years will be deleted unless they are still relevant for the execution of an agreement or resolution of a dispute.
Invoices and quotes:
Invoices and quotations are deleted after the legal retention period of 7 years. Your data will remain in our billing system until then.
Your rights
You have the right to view, correct and delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Comfort and Care Apparel B.V. You also have the right to data portability. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy.
This is to protect your privacy. If your request relates to a cookie, we ask you to also send it. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but at the latest within four weeks. Comfort and Care Apparel B.V. would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Reporting a data breach
If, despite all precautions, a data breach does occur, we will comply with the data breach notification obligation and, if necessary, report this breach to the Dutch Data Protection Authority within 72 hours of discovery. If you discover a data leak, we kindly ask you to share this with us as soon as possible, but in any case within 24 hours after you have discovered the leak, by sending an e-mail to

Liability
This privacy statement only relates to the personal data that Zorg-kleding.nl processes for the purposes of the points discussed in this agreement. Comfort and Care Apparel B.V. does not accept any responsibility or liability for (the operation and/or content of) websites or services of third parties.
Changes to this Statement
The content of this privacy statement can be adjusted at any time by care-clothing.nl to respond to new developments in the field of legislation or regulations or changes within our company. You can subscribe to our newsletter where we will keep you informed of any changes.
In any case, we recommend that you regularly consult our privacy statement to stay informed of our privacy policy. By continuing to use the services of Zorg-kleding.nl after changes, you agree to these changes.
